What we collect, what we do not, and how to ask for it back.
Last updated. 4 May 2026.
What we collect
Two things, both minimal.
Form submissions. When you fill in the first-access form, we record exactly what you submitted: email, optional name, optional firm or role, optional notional tier, and optional notes. Nothing more is captured from that page.
Page analytics. nijinn.io uses Plausible for traffic analytics. Plausible is cookie-free and does not collect personal data. It records page views, referrer, country, and device class in aggregate. No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no advertising IDs.
What we do not collect
No cookies. No third-party trackers. No advertising pixels. No marketing list rental. No data sales. No selling, sharing, or trading of any submission to any third party for any purpose.
Why we collect what we collect
Form submissions exist so we can invite you to first access. Plausible exists so we know which pages people read and which they do not. Both serve the product, not a downstream business.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained until first access onboarding for your cohort completes, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Plausible analytics are aggregated and retained for the lifetime of the site; no individual record is retained.
Access, correction, deletion
Email privacy@nijinn.io with what you want. We respond within 30 days, usually sooner. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will confirm in writing once the action is complete.
Jurisdiction
Predictive Labs Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore company. The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore PDPA) applies. For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we treat submissions consistent with the GDPR principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimisation, and the right to erasure.
